1. Accepting these terms
By using tellwick, you confirm that you have read these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the product for an organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to do so.
2. Product purpose
tellwick helps identify possible tasks, meetings, notes and reply options in conversations. AI results may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for the context.
You must review suggestions before using them. tellwick does not provide legal, medical, financial or other professional advice.
3. Messages and actions
The product is designed without automatic message sending. Sending, creating an event and other external actions require an explicit user decision.
You are responsible for sent text, recipients, timing, created events and compliance with the rules of connected services.
4. Accounts and devices
The local app can work without a web account. The web workspace and sync require sign-in through a supported identity platform.
You are responsible for the security of your account and devices. Do not approve unfamiliar link codes, and revoke access for lost devices.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to break the law or violate another person's rights, bypass security, send bulk unsolicited messages, run malicious automation, interfere with infrastructure or attempt to access another person's data.
Access may be restricted or suspended when there are reasonable grounds to suspect abuse.
6. Plans and beta
The Local plan is listed as free. Plus is announced at $5 per month or $48 per year, but payments and automatic billing are not enabled during the closed beta.
Checkout, cancellation and refund terms will be published before billing launches. Price, plan contents and beta-feature availability may change before commercial launch.
7. Third-party services
Connected messengers, email services, AI providers and identity platforms are supplied by third parties. tellwick does not control their availability or terms.
tellwick is independent and is not owned, sponsored or endorsed by Meta, WhatsApp, Microsoft, OpenAI or other connected-service owners. Their services may be used as third-party integrations.
8. Rights in the product
The tellwick name, interface, text and software components are protected by applicable rights. These terms do not transfer ownership of the product or brand to you.
You retain rights in your data and grant only the limited permission needed to process it for the features you select.
9. Availability and warranties
The beta is provided as available and may contain errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every service or error-free AI suggestions.
The local database remains the primary data source when cloud sync is unavailable, but you are responsible for backups of important data.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable rules, the operator is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, decisions based on unverified AI suggestions or the actions of third-party services.
Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
11. Ending use and changes
You may stop using the product and delete your cloud account under Account. The operator may restrict access for a breach of these terms or a security threat.
